Communication was clear and proactive throughout. The team provided before and after photos following the initial clearance, which was helpful for our records. Delivery of the new containers went smoothly on 30/04/2026 as planned, with no issues reported.
They also confirmed a forward plan for a regular 4-weekly collection schedule, showing good organisation and continuity of service. Small details, such as ensuring the bin key was left on site, were also appreciated.
