We moved from another provider earlier this year as they stopped servicing our area, and the communication and service from Lanz have been exceptional.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  We recently instructed Lanz Group for waste collection and bin replacement, including a pickup and new container delivery in Reading. Overall, the service was very good.
Communication was clear and proactive throughout. The team provided before and after photos following the initial clearance, which was helpful for our records. Delivery of the new containers went smoothly on 30/04/2026 as planned, with no issues reported.
They also confirmed a forward plan for a regular 4-weekly collection schedule, showing good organisation and continuity of service. Small details, such as ensuring the bin key was left on site, were also appreciated.
