We moved from another provider earlier this year as they stopped servicing our area, and the communication and service from Lanz have been exceptional. On time, actually collect our bins and easy customer service. After the dark days of CheaperWaste, Lanz has been a real breath of fresh air :)

We recently instructed Lanz Group for waste collection and bin replacement, including a pickup and new container delivery in Reading. Overall, the service was very good.
Communication was clear and proactive throughout. The team provided before and after photos following the initial clearance, which was helpful for our records. Delivery of the new containers went smoothly on 30/04/2026 as planned, with no issues reported.
They also confirmed a forward plan for a regular 4-weekly collection schedule, showing good organisation and continuity of service. Small details, such as ensuring the bin key was left on site, were also appreciated.
Overall, a reliable and efficient service. We would be happy to continue working with Lanz Group.

We recently changed our bin collection company from Biffa to Lanz group and have been with them for nearly a year now. The service has been very good-collections are always on time, reliable, and the team provide excellent customer service. we have had no issues at all and are very happy with the change.

We’ve had the pleasure of working alongside the Lanz Group team for quite some time now, and as a fellow waste management provider, it’s always refreshing to partner with a company that shares the same standards and work ethic.

Our reciprocal trading arrangement has been seamless from day one — communication is clear, collections are reliable, and they consistently go the extra mile when support is needed. It’s partnerships like this that keep the industry moving efficiently and professionally.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for a dependable and cooperative waste management service. Looking forward to continuing our working relationship for years to come.
